RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Customer Services team will be happy to help with exchanging any of our items.
If you would like a size change please provide all the details below including
what size you would like replaced and what with.
If you have unfortunately received a faulty item, please fill out the form below
specifying the fault and we will reply to you as soon as possible to organise a replacement.
In terms of exchanges, we will happily swap unused, originally packaged products up to 30 days from purchase for items of a different size or equal value.
We will also exchange faulty goods if returned within the 30 day window. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange in the light of issues caused by yourself.
In terms of refunds, you have a 14 day window from receipt of your goods within which you can return your product to us for a full refund.
Please note, online orders cannot be refunded/returned at the event, and must follow these steps.

You will be given a return number to include with your returned item, we will not accept any returns without this number.
